GOD’S HAND IS NOT TOO SHORT (NUMBERS 11:16-23: 1 THESS. 2:1:12)

Introduction In the two lessons of today, God shows us that He has chosen and sent us to  do His work. The main purpose of the church is to save and harvest souls for the kingdom of God. He teaches us how to do the work successfully. 1st Lesson (Numbers 11:16-23) When things are well (alright and good), the people become teacheable (eager and willing); devout (obey and serve); generous and dedicated to God. WALKING IN THE WISDOM OF GOD (PROVERBS 8: 22 – 36; 1 PETER 4: 12 – 19)

Introduction Wisdom (what to do; action) is the ability to use knowledge (facts; information; memory) and understanding (meaning; reason; principle) and act in such a way that common sense prevails and choices are beneficial and fruitful/productive. The fear of the Lord is the begining and end of wisdom (Prov. 9:10). A sinner has no wisdom (Psalm14:1; Rom.1:28-30). If you lack wisdom ask God (James 1:5). Consequently, on their death, they cannot see Christ because, by their action, Satan has left his spiritual marks on them. To assist you in your work so that men may listen to and follow you, miraculous works of holy divine healing will be carried out by you in the name of...

THE WORK OF SALVATION (MICAH 5:1-14; LUKE 5:1-11)

1st Lesson (Micah 5:1-14) Prophet Micah predicts that: The Messiah would be born in Bethlehem (v2; Matt. 2:1&6) He will be rejected by the Jews as a whole (2% of Jews are Christians). As a result, Israel would be abandoned until the Jews as a whole people are converted to Christ (v3). This conversion would bring worldwide blessings as the Messiah’s kingdom will prevail to the end of the earth (v4). Therefore, before Jesus returns: We should pray for the conversion of the Jews to Christ and we shall prosper (Ps. 122:6-7). We should preach the gospel of the kingdom...

THE GREAT HEALING (2 Kings 5: 8-15; John 5:1-9)

Introduction       In the two lessons of today, we see the saving grace of God upon  two people.  God is reminding us of our divine call and work: To release people from the bondage of Satan (sin, sickness and death) in the name of Jesus.
